Delete your Sebaway account and data

Sebaway is made by Atwa Labs (Mohamed Mohamed Atwa). This page explains how to delete your Sebaway account and the data that goes with it. It is free.
Never made an account? Then all your data is only on your phone. Delete it in the app (steps below), or delete the app from your phone.
Have the Sebaway Pro? Deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel it first in Google Play. In Sebaway: Profile › Sebaway Pro › Cancel or change.
Delete in the app
- Open Sebaway and tap the round profile button at the top of Home. This opens Profile and settings.
- Tap Privacy centre.
- If you want a copy first, tap Download my data.
- Tap Delete all my data, then Delete everything.
If you are signed in, this deletes your account on our servers at once, together with everything on your phone. You can't undo it.
No longer have the app?
Write to us from the email address you used to sign in to Sebaway. Put “Delete my account” in the subject.
We delete your account within 30 days, usually much sooner, and reply to confirm. We never ask for your password, your documents or any payment.
If you write from a different address, we write to your account's address to check it is you.
Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. Use one of the two ways above.
What is deleted
- Your account: your email address and user number.
- The encrypted copy of your setup answers, Track, permit, dates and settings.
- Your encrypted backup, if you saved one in your account.
- Your purchase history, on our servers and at RevenueCat, the company that keeps our purchase records.
- In the app: everything on your phone, including My documents, Track, dates, reminders, form answers, chats and the events Sebaway added to your calendar.
What is kept
- Nothing about what you did in the app.
- If you bought something: a locked record of each payment (order number, product, date, price, refund), without your email, for 6 years, for tax and accounting and in case of a claim.
- Our server backups are overwritten within 7 days, so your data disappears from them too.
- Reports you sent about a guide or an AI answer have no name, account or install code, so we can't link them to you. Answer reports are deleted after 90 days.
- Scrambled usage counts are deleted after 2 days.
- If you asked by email, we keep the record of your request, locked, for as long as the law requires.
